I have enjoyed the good rate of discount you offered to us. but, it would be an ideal if you issued a universal debit deposit card which we can easily use that listed store or site and furthermore upload the balance whenever the balance is lowered

The weekly coffee freebies are fine but…

The weekly coffee freebies are fine but I was disappointed that the free mobile insurance was taken away and replaced with of various types of therapy. I would have preferred to have kept the phone insurance; it should have been given as a choice.

I have benefited from some great perks…

I have benefited from some great perks such as a free weekly coffee and a free monthly cinema ticket. I have also used discount on electricals which have included large appliances which made total savings quite substantial. I have also used discounts on tourist attractions and for high value fashion items such as trainers. The app is quick and easy to use, I love it!

I was really disappointed with my birthday box. There were different choices before summer and I did not like the recent choice. I had 3 pieces of vegan chocolate. I was looking forward to order the cake birthday box but you have taken this one off your list. Using other perks is a hassle and not really a benefit .

Very very poor

Very very poor. Avoid if you can find something a bit more expensive worth your money. Note they don’t have a landline so when you want to cancel it will be a mission and a half. I wish I had not subscribed
