Solid platform. I use the Greggs, Rakuten, Caffe Nero perks pretty often and it would be good to see the list of perks refreshed, perhaps some new additions more frequently. Some offers also seem good until you realise that they're mainly 'voucher based'.Other than that, great value for businesses and some good partner discounts to be had! A good tool to promote wellbeing and employee happiness and I'm sure there is something for everyone in here.

I am struggling to find applicable benefits
I am struggling to find benefits that are relevant to me I have signed up for the monthly Greggs offer but don't really visit where their shops are locally - same with the coffee offer And why is it necessary to purchase electronic gift vouchers to get the discounts at e.g. Currys PC World - why can't I just have an x% discount code / voucher so I can just shop on the company concerned rather than pay you then redeem the vouchers - seems a right flaming faff to me - especially if I am ...

Easy to use
Easy to use, eye catching and a lot of great offers, the only thing I would change with some of the money off offers is value is too high to start with and not suitable for smaller families. Ie the offers to save % on a weekly shop , but you have to spend £100 per shop to qualify!

Great company that offers so many great things! The support right from first contacting Perkbox has been amazing, right until the after launch phase of implementing Perkbox within the company I work for. Perkbox really does stand out on the market in Reward and Recognition platforms, due to their brilliant freebies and Perks. I have been amazed by the amount of new perks that are constantly are being added and their plans for the future look really exciting!

I really enjoy using perkbox and the variety of offers they have on the portal. The only reason I only scored 4 stars is during set up we had no contact from the onboarding team to see how we were doing and if we needed any help.

good perk/discount site
good perk/discount site. Sometimes a little frustrating when items appear 'free' and when you try to redeem the offer a subscription is involved. Love the free coffee or Greggs sausage roll though.
