"Nice addition to the benefits package"
What do you like best about Perkbox? I like that it gives me extra offers on shops that I normally buy from and also offers on places I never thought about going to. I also get 1 free coffee and cinema ticket a week, which doesn't sound like much, but I always like to celebrate the smaller things in life.

No refund although it was a technical issue
Due to a technical issue there was a duplicate order of vouchers that I ordered. I picked up on this straight away but still a month later I still have had no refund. I have been chasing but my poc in perk box was OOO and there was no urgency to pick up this matter. Reading through reviews made, this is not the first time this has happened and according to the feedback from Perkbox they have refunded, I am at loss as to why I haven’t received a refund. Spent over £15,000 providing this…
Spent over £15,000 providing this service to our employees. Requested a report for how it had been utilised which showed only £2,000 of benefit delivered to 100 staff over nearly 2 years. Communication was incredibly poor and they are trying to enforce onerous terms onto our cancellation which we are disputing. CCP November 12th edit to respond to reply; That is incorrect. refund refusal for faulty service cineworld tickets
bought cineworld tickets - when I went on line kept getting an error message. Now perkbox are refusing to refund me. given a refund now after several emails back and forward haggling about terms and conditions and me asking to escalate it

Can’t pay in Perkbox apps!

What do you like best about Perkbox? Some well needed UI improvements have been implemented within their website and app. The app functionality made it very easy for colleagues to access perks.

Had a technical issue when placing my…
Had a technical issue when placing my Birthday Box order so called the Customer Service number. You get asked to Press 1 for 'Customer Happiness' .. nice touch to be answered by a very pleasant man who sorted out all my issues and left me very happy. .. Great service .. well managed .. Thank you.

AWFUL-Left so disappointed by this service
**** Edit** This has now been resolved and Emily and Chloe were super helpful. Thank you! Left so disappointed by this service, I am actually a Perkbox champion in my work place and push your platform as usually I love it, however the service I have received is AWFUL. I check my bank account to find they had taken 2 payments of £227.96 out of my account.
