Great way for employees to feel valued…
Great way for employees to feel valued and engaged. Employees' contributions can be recognised and rewarded. The site is easy to navigate. There are regular free prizes to be won and great deals to be had. A must for any business keen to promote employee engagement and wellbeing.

Two main challenges
Two main challenges 1) Not enough useful and varied perks - just the same old zzz that you can google with voucher codes. 2) UX is not so bright as the platform is reliant on the end 'partners' preference e.g. voucher code, buying a voucher, specific web links etc, etc.... therefore the platform has to be so slick, and it isn't so many missing features like pre loading customer payment methods, saving vouchers to apple wallet, having voucher location in app.. platform needs to be sickened ...

Seem easy to use but flawed
Seem easy to use, but the perk are not that good. Spent £100 to get £3-5 off. I could get a better discount going directly to the site. And also of the "perks" are monthly subscriptions. If the service or product is good, I'll sign up again it shouldn’t be a term to keep me locked in for 12months etc

I love using PerkBox!
I love using PerkBox, the app is easy to navigate and I enjoy being able to categorise perks so I don't have to scroll through all that aren't relevant to me. Redeeming perks is also very simple, with easy to follow instructions and usually a QR code for the business to scan, or a simple code to copy and paste onto the website. The email communication is always fun and exciting to read, and the offers sent are relevant to me.
