Unreasonable Contract Terms Be Warned!!

Overall I would say the Perkbox platform is good and has been a benefit to the business however I have been hugely disappointed and let down to discover extremely unreasonable terms when it comes to terminating our account. Here's why.... The contract locks you in for 12 months - No Problem. To terminate your contract you have to provide 90 days notice - This is quite a lot of notice and I would expect a months notice to be fair, but ok, 90 days it is then I will take that. Cycle to work scheme- been just under a year…

Cycle to work scheme- been about a year since I picked my bike up! This has literally changed my life! lost weight and gained confidence. Doing my small, but important bit contributing to lower my carbon footprint. Feeling healthier, happier and saving money on fuel... win, win! Additional regarding Perkbox.. Great range of perks, lots of choice for all, therefore inclusive. Only small whine is the demise of the Nero monthly free perk! I need caffeine!! :0)

Reduced my teams perks by over 50% without even speaking with me - very deceitful and 0 compassion or remorse

I signed my business up for Perkbox years ago and thought it was great. So great that I overlooked the fact that I was missold the medical package (they told me my children would also be covered and after I signed the paperwork I was told they weren't). I even overlooked the fact that they didn't offer any discounts during the pandemic despite the fact I continued to pay extra for cinema tickets for my team which they were unable to claim or use. Nothing but a scam.

Once you are signed up, you will never hear from them again. Most of the "rewards" are unavailable in WA. But the worst part, despite adequate notice to cancel, they still keep charging my account. Try calling them...go on, try... Reward your staff with any mean other than this scam company.

Find it hard to see how this is a benefit to staff?

This is a review for companies wishing to use perkbox for its employees as much as it is for perkbox. The company I work for has rolled this out as a benefit/perk instead of which I believe was our yearly bonus. Speaking for myself, a perk would be something that I would not have to pay for to get discount on, so if we take away these perks that require some sort of payment you are left with a free coffee or sausage roll per month. Really really good

Beyond the savings from using the app weekly on the food shop, wifi, clothes etc I've realised I've saved my family almost 300 pounds on Christmas shopping alone in the past week. Really great app and easy to use :)
