Strongly dislike the new Flexi points system they have brought in. Perkbox used to be something I used on a weekly basis as a perk from my place of work to get a free weekly coffee and a monthly cinema ticket. Now, when I try to get a free coffee, I receive messages like 'you don't have enough Flexi Points for this perk'. I received the same message when trying to get my free monthly cinema ticket.
