App frustrating, customer care excellent
It was frustrating being in store and not being able to access the app to allow me to get the discount, it was under a tenner but still annoying. However phoned up the following day and hopefully now have a way around it next time it happens.

Perkbox should be mandatory
Perkbox should be mandatory to have! I have only had positive experience with the customer service of Perkbox or any of the perks i got. It is super great for your mental health, save money (your wallet will love it), to treat your friends/family and of course to treat yourself! If you have the option of using it, PLEASE DO IT! It's easy to handle, not too many emails are sent to the inbox and the customer service team are here should there be questions or queries.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing - used to be good with free coffee, cinema tickets - now poor. What is worse I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 months now and keep getting ever more aggressive emails from the credit control department. They seem to make it next to impossible to navigate how to cancel your account - can somebody please help me to cancel my subscription ?

Really great service!!
Really great service and so much to choose from that you don't notice some of it! It's brilliant, far better than other discount based sites I have used with other employees. The main difference between this site and others is that you get to use a lot of the discounts there and then, rather than having to keep topping up gift cards, etc. Don't get me wrong, there are companies on there that use the gift card approach, but there are also a lot that doesn't. appalling
The customer service from this company is appalling. We recently purchased a voucher for a significant sum of money, only to advised by the end provider that it was not fit for purpose. Long story short the voucher details do not align with the providers requirements. In the first instance I would question why I find myself out of pocket, with a voucher that is worthless, surely they do their due due diligence and vet who they affiliate with.
