Shocking as tried to cancel in line…

Shocking as tried to cancel in line with normal contract laws/there agreement and they want 3 months notice even those the contract came to an end. send a legal letter for services not used and wanting payment so for ease I pay it. BE WARNED THESE PEOPLE ARE CHANCERS AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND CONTRACTS. Do not use as poor business handlings.

Fantastic customer service

Made a mistake when redeeming a voucher, totally my fault but spoke to customer happiness team and they sorted everything out for me quickly! Have had Perkbox for about 5 years through work and made a lot of savings over those years, I always have a look before making a big purchase to see if I can save a little which is really helpful these days when everything is creeping up in price. Also, free coffee every week! How can you fault that??

Great customer service helped with the…

Great customer service helped with the Uber Eats Flexi Perk that seems to only be redeemable once. I used my Flexi points last week on it and was able to apply it to my Uber Eats order. But this week when I spent Flexi points to try to use it again, it didn't work. Perkbox Customer Happiness team refunded me the points.
