I had some issued with a voucher I purchased through PerkBox and the customer support team responded promptly and were extremely helpful! It was a great experience and we were able to resolve the issue very fast.

Issues logging onto perkbox sorted
I had issues logging onto perkbox so i used the chat function. Received a Prompt reply from customer service Jake, who asked me 3 questions which i answered. Shortly i received a link in my email inbox and voila! I could reset password and got back into using all the Perkbox functions. Well done!

I was able to speak to a human…
I was able to speak to a human after negotiating with the chat bot. If there had been less negotiation then I would have given them 5 stars, as otherwise I am very pleased with the service. I have been able to get offers that aren't available elsewhere, saving time and money. I am also interested in using other promotions and services in the future through Perkbox.
