Very helpful Customer Services

I contacted customer services for some help with looking further into my account; as my finances couldn't account for a particular sum of money spent on a Perkbox voucher somewhere. Jake was extremely helpful and also provided me with exactly what I required to understand where my error was.

Resolved my issue

Resolved my issue - Had an issue with my perkbox QR codes being rejected by the vendor. Perkbox readily investigated the issue and put my vouchers back in place.

Quite simple to use

Quite simple to use, if a little convoluted if you are in the restaurant, supermarket or shop, but if the vendor is listed the discount is there too. Example: Sainsbury, use your phone to Smart Shop, enter the amount into Perkbox (less £0.01) just before Self checkout. Approve the amount in your credit card App, then access the Gift Card. Scan the QR code to self check out, then select Gift Card and scan that then use your debit card for the £0.01, 4% discount done. Example: Mitchells & ...

I use Perkbox all the time

I use Perkbox all the time, it’s quick & easy to use and I’d be lost without it. It’s saved me so much money. Very thankful my company signed up to it.

The platform is good, the execution of its service not so.

Initially I was impressed with the platform . However, the value is not quite proportionate enough for the money spent per user, then if you add funds to reward users/staff their options and value given for their money is not quite proportionate to they money spent by the company/myself. It is hard to gauge but it seems diluted in the process. Like 2-5% discounts on certain services does not seem that great. Keep clear of this company…

I ordered bird feeding bowls through Amazon, they said it would arrive within 2 weeks, this extended to 6 weeks. I waited and was told they were being delivered on 4/7 but this did not happen. They then said I could re order for 3 weeks time delivery or get a refund. I asked for a refund which will take 5 days to get back. I will never order anything from this company as they provide a terrible service. Stay clear!

My perkbox points didn’t renew on 1st…

My perkbox points didn’t renew on 1st July as they should have and the live chat button is constantly broken, I just wanted to find a way to get in touch about my points and a review was the only other way.
