Perkbox is great for celebrating…
Perkbox is great for celebrating success and rewarding a hard-worker, but when something goes wrong they're also great for sorting it out. I redeemed a perk where there was no link provided for me to make use of it. I contacted the Customer Happiness Team who came back to me very quickly (it's like a text rather than a chat system so its not instant). 50/50 service sorting out technical issues with their app
I've had two technical issues with perkbox. The first time Perkbox DID NOTHING to refund my accidentally purchased voucher - despite evidence showing them that I had purchased the same voucher twice in the space of one minute -- this was due to their app repeatedly crashing on me while I was making a purchase. The second time, they DID do an AMAZING job sorting out another technical issue on their end with a voucher. So 50/50.
