great empowerment, we couldn't get the mobile phone insurance site to work on my laptop to Iona took all my details and is contacting the insurer herself and I don't have to do a thing!

Great customer service
Just had a slight problem recieving the email for my digital voucher. My call was answered really quickly and the problem was sorted in no time. Really kind and friendly staff who seemed to genuinely care about fixing the issue.

I purchased Odeon perkbox tickets and when I checked my bank statement I had been debited twice for the transaction I emailed perkbox and also called the customer service number and spoke to a lovely lady called Ioana who confirmed she had received my email and would look into my query and email me an update. Great Perkbox team!
Jordan was a great help to assist me straight away on a colleague's query. Jordan was very efficient, friendly and helpful and is a great asset to the Perkbox team!
