Great customer service

Just had a slight problem recieving the email for my digital voucher. My call was answered really quickly and the problem was sorted in no time. Really kind and friendly staff who seemed to genuinely care about fixing the issue.

I purchased Odeon perkbox tickets and when I checked my bank statement I had been debited twice for the transaction I emailed perkbox and also called the customer service number and spoke to a lovely lady called Ioana who confirmed she had received my email and would look into my query and email me an update.
