The response when I had a technical issue was fabulous! It was quick and easy! I wasn't expecting Freya to answer me that evening.....one of the best services I have received and my issue was sorted out straight away! The service I received was polite and apologetic.

Perkbox issue
had an issue with Perkbox, so opened an online conversation. However from previous experience of online help I didn't hold out much help BUT it was picked up by Jessica and the issue was resolved within minutes and with a sense of humour. Excellent customer service!!!!! Have no doubts about using the online helo again with service like that :-)

Great perks for businesses and services that you actually want to use. Helpful staff when you have a problem - Ioana was really helpful recently when some vouchers were unavailable.

Great perks on business that you…
Great perks on business that you actually use in your everyday life (Tesco, Sainsburys, Just Eat) plus saved me a tonne with the years worth of mobile phone insurance. Also, the staff are really helpful if you do have any questions and are genuinely funny whilst being really efficient!
