Excellent! - Friendly and helpful service! Had a query about saving a perk for later use, my contact on the Perkbox 'live chat' was really helpful and answered my question flawlessly - and gave me multiple options on how to save my perk for later use! So pleased :) I will now benefit from my discounted airport parking...AND not have to commit to it until after my next pay day ;) haha Thanks!

Great customer service

I'm an HR Manager and am quite new to Perkbox. I'm really impressed by the free online courses available to our team and am going to run a drive to get everyone using these courses. I had a couple of questions for Perkbox and so approached them via their online chat and got great service. I also ended up with a gif of a dog getting a massage....so not your usual boring run-of-the-mill service. It's left me with a smile on my face.

Difficult to cancel contract

As an update to the below, we have now been able to speak with Perkbox and they offered to adjust our contract and at a much more cost effective rate, so we are giving this a try for the next quarter to see if it works for us. So they have done a good job of resolving the situation. *** Dreadful experience trying to cancel our contract BEFORE the renewal date. Was refused and told we had to pay because it was less than 30 days before the renewal was due. Would have been happy to pay for ...
