Great discounts and 5* Customer Service
I use Perkbox quite occasionally for the discounts or even freebies, however had a issue with a electronic voucher that i purchased which i was trying to redeem. I sent a message late in the night using their chat box facility and was so shocked to be responded to so quickly considering the time. Simply excellent customer service
Simply excellent customer service. Not only did Florin help me find exactly what I needed, he gave me a couple of options also. He made the conversation fun and personal and I left not only buying what I needed I felt happy about it! Great work Perk Box

Excellent Customer Service.
I was a newbie to Perkbox and decided to give it a go. An order was placed for gift vouchers for a very large high street retailer, and after diabolical customer service and the order (and money) disappearing off the face of the earth I decided to contact Perkbox to see if they could help. On speaking to a very helpful young man call Jordan Bellamy he arranged a full refund as a good will gesture. Thank you Perkbox, for amazing customer service, I will be using you again.

Friendly customer service
This was the first time I'd looked at Perkbox. There was some confusion about the question I was asking (expiry date of vouchers), so a lot of backwards and forwards, and it took longer than I'd expected to get an answer, but we got there in the end! Very friendly messages from Patrick on the helpdesk. It definitely hasn't put me off using Perkbox.

I always save money with perkbox & Contact is quick and friendly
I always save money with perkbox! I use it regularly for Cinema trips and grab tickets for friends and family too. I came across an issue today whilst trying to buy tickets, it was rectified easily through the chat with Ioana who was friendly and it was really straightforward. I was sat at home but if i was out and about to arrive at the cinema, i know i would have appreciated how easy it was.
