I had some trouble with a firewall…
I had some trouble with a firewall sending through the voucher that I had paid for. I called the customer number and spoke to Ioana who was so helpful and really friendly, she got it all sorted for me and waited on the phone for the emails to come through. Good service.

Great customer service
Great customer service from Alex and Declan today, after a duplicate payment was processed. As soon as I reported it, and provided all the details they got on to processing the invoice, and for my inconvenience a pair of cinema tickets are heading my way. Polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them. Perkbox customer service certainly recommended.

Excellent, prompt friendly customer service. Pippa dealt with a problem I was encountering with a voucher. She expedited a resolution to my issue with a very friendly manner...kept me smiling all the way whilst dealing with my issue through sending GIFs that were relevant to our online conversation. Great fun approach to keep customers smiling whilst solving their issue, great products too. Saved me lots with cinema visits for my daughters and friends!

Great discounts and 5* Customer Service
I use Perkbox quite occasionally for the discounts or even freebies, however had a issue with a electronic voucher that i purchased which i was trying to redeem. I sent a message late in the night using their chat box facility and was so shocked to be responded to so quickly considering the time. The advisor Florin was soo helpful, kept me updated and resolved my issue with the voucher extremely fast. On top of that the service was delivered with a great sense of humour by the use of gifs ...
