Using Perkbox for the first time today and setting up the users we had an internal IT issue which required the activation emails to be resent. So I used the Pekrbox chat to see if they could help with the issue. The request was dealt with very quickly and Declan was very helpful. Also some interesting GIF's in the chat responses which made me chuckle.

Perks more expensive that shopping direct.

Really good customer service let down by "Perks" being more expensive than going direct. Also no refunds when you highlight this issue.

I had access to Perkbox through my work place but never used it, after about a year or so I looked on and saw I could have free cover for my mobile so I decided to sign up even though I was sceptical. After a bit of trouble getting the code I was able to speak to someone online immediately who resolved the issue with ease - the whole thing took about 10 minutes! Great customer service

Great customer service from Alex and Declan today, after a duplicate payment was processed. As soon as I reported it, and provided all the details they got on to processing the invoice, and for my inconvenience a pair of cinema tickets are heading my way. Polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them. Perkbox customer service certainly recommended.
