Great customer service!
Hi. Recently had trouble booking with the Perkbox tickets and I chose to contact perkbox on there online chat. Got through to Ioana and she was great help. She went through and booked my purchase for me. Great customer service

Great perks on offer and when I had difficulty using codes for the Odeon that weren't working I used chat on a Sunday afternoon and Ioana managed to sort the issue out, and even went above and beyond what was needed, getting the cinema tickets booked for us, and giving me a free coffee because it was my birthday! Fantastic service all round, thanks again Ioana!
