Just been given Perkbox as a "perk"…

Just been given Perkbox as a "perk" from my employers. So far, so good. Lots of savings on everyday things, from free coffee codes to discounts on holidays, car parking and supermarket shopping!!! I needed to change my email address and Declan @ Perkbox helped me on the online chat and changed my account over for me. Thanks Declan, you were a great help and so polite !!! A+ Service from Florin-Mihai

A+ Service from Florin-Mihai I was having trouble getting my free mobile insurance perk to work so I emailed Perkbox to help. I got a prompt reply from a Florin-Mihai how guided me through the process step by step - even taking my details and sorting the insurance for me. A day later I received my new policy documents from the insurers. Very helpful. A+ service.

Dont bother asking for a refund

Had previously had good experience with Perkbox, not 100% good as some vouchers didn't work, but today I have found an item on ASOS, then bought the discount voucher to then go back to ASOS for the system to crash and the item no longer in stock. Perkbox have refused a refund. I've now spent £150 at Christmas that I don't need. So unhappy with this that I will recommend to my boss that we remove this as a perk. I've spent more now than I've ever saved through this system.

I was charged even though I had not…

I was charged even though I had not been given a voucher code. The consultant Lori was extremely helpful and responded in a timely manner. Looking forward to continually using Perkbox's services.

Excellent rewards and they're always helpful

Excellent rewards and they're always asking if there's anything else they can add to their list. I contacted them for support via online chat and Florin-Mihai was very supportive even sending an e-mail after midnight just to check if everything was going ok!

GREAT WORK!!

Send a message thinking i may have been waiting for a few minutes but in less than 10 seconds i got a reply for Florin. Great knowledge on what needed to be done and resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. AWESOME Support. Thanks guys!

Nobody likes it when things dont run…

Nobody likes it when things dont run smoothly, after a problem redeeming my voucher i spoke with florin-mihai who replied within minutes even though it was past 9:00 on a saturday evening via webchat, the problem was easily fixed, so happy im writing review with movie on pause - it is rare that a service is provided with such perfection

Problem solved

Had a problem redeeming my code I got from Rakuten tv so sent a webchat to Perkbox. Didn’t expect a reply as it was 9pm on. Saturday night but within seconds Florin answers back with a solution which worked. Got to watch my movie and my Saturday night want ruined. Fantastic service and one happy customer 😂
