Excellent Customer Service From Sadie Tyrer

I contacted the Customer Service via webchat about a technical issue I experienced. Sadie resolved it instantly by manually filling the required form and submitting it on behalf of myself. I also received a follow up email from Sadie next day ensuring me that my application arrived to the provider and has been processed. Excellent service, thank you!

I needed help on an app and I was helped by a very lovely helper called Ioana, who was very extremely helpful and nice and had a friendly manner. My problem wasn’t fixed until next day but I was more then happy to wait. If anyone had any issues then I would recommend them helping you. Great happy service and did more then what I would have normally expected in being helped. Well done... :)

I love Perkbox

I love Perkbox. I use it every week to get a discount on my weekly shop. I got 20% off my new running trainers. I get weekly supplies of Graze boxes. The discounts are great, the freebies are an added extra. I had experience with customer services today and they were very efficient and friendly. I can't recommend enough.

Hohum

Hohum - a set of perks wrapped mostly wrapped around a set of services / products that I largely seek to avoid - tedious corporate benefits for crappy chain restaurants and such like. Perhaps just a reflection on the tedium and vacuousness of contemporary British corporate culture, I've logged in a couple of times. Won't bother again.

Misleading and not what it says on the tin

One good thing I can say about Perkbox is the great customer service you receive. The rest is unfortunate to say a waste of money. I was sold a product that was apparently full of amazing exclusive discounts and has proven to improve employee retention and engagement. This has not been our experience. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I got Perkbox for my staff (10) as a perk but it is an absolute waste of money. Some perks are so difficult to claim so you hardly use it. Discounts at supermarkets etc. only work when you buy pre-pay vouchers not on direct purchases. The Perkbox app is so glitchy, free vouchers for coffee etc. doesn’t load when you need it. Cinema tickets in our locations for instance is cheaper than the ‘perk’ price. It’s so useless, none of us use it. Do not fall for this scam. I am cancelling at the end ...

Had to contact the live chat service to help me with Vouchers i purchased. Came across a fantastic chap names Declan Hobson, who was very quick to reply and very quick to assist me with my enquiry.
