I was having issues receiving vouvhers
I was having issues receiving links to vouchers and Iona was kind enough to assist with making sure I received them. I'm very thankful for the lengths she went to in order to make sure my order was completed successfully.

I had trouble receiving my codes
I had trouble receiving my codes on perk box. Thankfully Ioana was on hand. I’ve never had such prompt customer service. Everything was sorted within 5 minutes of me emailing. Definitely first class service.

I was not able to log into my Perkbox…
I was not able to log into my Perkbox and there was a notification saying that I would receive an email but I never did. Hannah got into my account and fixed it for me.

MASSIVE thank you to... IOANA - what a help you were! Nothing was too much trouble when you helped me book and reserve my cinema tickets that I purchased through Perkbox the other evening (even if it was really late, still so friendly)! Hannah saves the day!
I'd been having trouble with Perkbox activation emails, and always said I would get back to it. Enter Hannah, the saviour. After months not being able to activate PerkBox, BOOM! Hannah saves the day! Thank you Hannah, and thank you PB team!

Received some of the best customer service I've ever encountered from a lovely young lady called Sadie. Top quality customer service, going above and beyond every step of the way. Best GIFS ever!
