Basket Not Working Properly....
I Was having issues with one of the deals as the basket wasn’t working properly. Contacted the live chat and was greeted by Loana and I have to say, she was brilliant and so friendly. The issue turned out to be my work computer and nothing to do with perkbox, but Loana was calm and patient and even went into the deal and created my basket for me and emailed it to me so I could pick it up from home. Great experience and help from a lovely Loana 👍🏽

Misleading company and no personal touch
This company will take your money, mislead you and then not provide a refund when a genuine mistake is made. Good luck using them and make sure you are ready to lose the money you may have saved on other deals. Appalling

Really friendly and efficient service!
I had trouble logging in so contacted Perkbox for help, Sadie responded immediately and sorted the problem for me in just a few moments. Really friendly and efficient service! I wish all customer service was this good!
