I was having a problem to reset my password, and then I tried to have conversation to one of the IT person, her name is Hannah😊, a great service and super quick to response as I am really amazed and I am very much thankful to her and also to the entire perkbox that has given a great facility to everyone🤗🤗

Spoke to Hannah in the LiveChat team. I had an issue sending recognition vouchers to a member of my team. Hannah took the time to investigate and to recommend the best way forward. Hannah also updated user settings as requested. Simple and effective support, all whilst I was continuing with my work. Live Chat is defo the way forward, the team at Perkbox are great. Love the Giff's!

Spoke to Jessica and I can honestly say that this was the most enjoyable customer service interaction I've ever experienced. Excellent Customer Service!!
I had a small issue accessing Free Mobile Phone Insurance (mostly my bad!) so decided to contact customer service at 09.59 this morning. The lovely Chloe responded immediately and by 11.02 I was in possession of my new Insurance Documents. Now that’s service. Very happy!!
