Worth a look

Some of the offers are mediocre ones you would find online without having to do much digging around, but there are some gems on there too. I saved 33% on a wireless B&W speaker and Hannah from their customer services team went out of her way to help me. PLEASE get Spotify and the Bowers and Wilkins C5 headphones on the site.

Do not go anywhere near this program…

Do not go anywhere near this program unless you want your staff to think you are an internet dinosaur. Not ONE of the perks they offer isn’t already available online through any FREE cashback site. Do yourself and Avoid these laughables, because once they have your Money they will take weeks to reply to any issues, then on here they will cut and paste “how important they feel your issues are” don’t bother really!

Easy to use, helpful and friendly staff

Perkbox have been incredibly helpful and friendly. I had an issue with one order which I had to get refunded, I spent less than 20 minutes on web chat with a member of their support team, after which they asked me to leave it with them. The next day I had an email saying everything had been resolved and I would receive the refund in 3-5 working days! Also they're gif friendly, which made the whole ordeal a much more pleasant experience ;)

Most excellent service

We use Perkbox at work, have done for almost a year now and have never ever had an issue. Their customer service team is particularly responsive and keen to resolve any issues - should that be getting a new perk onto the system or finding out what's happened to a voucher. Particular shoutout to Hannah who chased up about our Cycle 2 Work scheme. I'm now about 2 steps away from happily wheelying into the sunset. Thanks Perkbox!
