Perkbox - Great customer support and solved my issue!
I had a small problem with a a gift card credit being duplicated. Ioana sorted it out double quick and let me know when things were all straightened out. The Perkbox team are always friendly and can always be relied on to respond quickly. A great service and top value for perks!

Customer service is appalling. When you call all you hear is laughing and joking in the background and appalling language. Promise to call you back and no one does.

perkbox is an amazing benefit platform but when there is a problem with it... that's no problem! they have an amazing customer service so don't worry!

Perkbox is great, and a awesome support team
Perks here and there, something for everyone. I'm now using a perk every week and have taken out two annual perks which has led to a huge saving. Ioana from the support team is so helpful and will make you smile! Definitely the best support team I have ever used. Thanks Ioana & Perkbox :)

My Company signed up for it's employees…
My Company signed up for it's employees and i logged on with no issues.i didnt know which app to use and i used the chat function on Perkbox and they were very helpful and guided me to the right place. and i LOVE the fact they use GIFs. made my Monday so much better.

What an utter load of rubbish no matter…
What an utter load of rubbish no matter how much they show you in your private demo its rubbish you do not know when you are signing up what your actually getting then when you're paying its a load of rubbish which as a previous individual says are available from plenty of other websites either free or far cheaper. You don't even get the option of removal when you realise you have made a colossal mistake my advice go and talk to some one who uses it and ask them to see live system and then ...

Fantastic...Hannah from Perkbox stuck through my problem, put up with me getting frustrated that was born out of just having too much to do (!), and stuck with me to the end resolution. Her personality shone through as well, so amazing job and she's a credit to perkbox, thanks!
