Hannah is so helpful

Hannah is so helpful! I had booked some cinema tickets and was so confused to what I was doing but she spoke me through every step of the way and calmed me down ha ha! Would definitely recommend speaking with her if you have any problems!

Spoke to a representative as I was unsure about buying cinema tickets. She helped me by confirming if I could use them at a specific venue and went out of her way to contact the cinema directly and saved me some time. Great customer service (especially on the app)

Be aware its a scam and a manipulation…

Be aware its a scam and a manipulation to curb your consumer rights under consumer rights act 2015. And these people treat vouchers given to you as a movie ticket/digital content. So never ever buy anything worth more that 10 pounds. I purchased a TV (delivery next week)from John Lewis for £779. On the very next day I found a better deal at curry's so I asked perk box to give Curry's vouchers instead of John Lewis (definitely after cancelling and getting refund in the vouchers from John ...

It was pushing 10pm i didn't think anyone would reply until morning but was suprised to get a very quick reply and was sorted within a couple of minutes. The level of customer service was amazing you don't get that very often. Well done & thank you.

Perkbox has the best Live Chat ever!!

Perkbox has the best Live Chat ever!!! Any time I had some questions or needed help the Perkbox team replied straight away and gave me all the answers. Especially Ioana, she has been helping me two days in a row answering all my questions and with a very friendly and energetic manner. I am always delighted to use this chat as I get what I need plus customer service experience is excellent :)
