Excellent service
Every time I have an issue to resolve, the Perkbox team have been brilliant. This time it was an issue with a partner which they have followed up on and kept me updated at every stage. They're a real delight to work with!

First time user of Perkbox & needed help, so I went onto chat with Hannah. She was great & talked me through, to completion & I got my voucher. I'll know next time I go on Perkbox what to do.A very helpful & friendly service, I would recommend it to anyone.

Their privacy is appalling
Their privacy is appalling, their website have no functionality to disable tracking, and to delete my personal data they asked me to send them even more personal data like my physical home address... Edit: reply to your reply: Your chat support confirmed there is no button to disable tracking cookies, I can send you the chat session. On my request to delete my personal data she answered that it is not possible, and after 22 hours delay, that I should send an email as described in your ...

Great product - Awesome service
Really great service received from Hannah, initially started the conversation as i had a problem logging in she swiftly fixed it then gave me some top tips on using my Perkbox. In general Perkbox is great lots of fab discounts and a great team!
