Love these guys!!

Really happy to be using these guys - the range of offers and value for money is brilliant, it's easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. What's not to like!! 100% recommended.

What all customer service should be like.

Clara has really shown me what good customer service is supposed to look like. She explored all options in helping me with my problem and was quite apologetic the whole time even though I know it wasn't anybody's fault. Within a few minutes, my problem was solved and that couldn't have been without her help. Perkbox's customer service is highly recommended by me.

I use Perkbox for our employees and as an employee myself and from a user experience perspective it is intuitive and easy to use. It is one of the only sites I use to save money that has lots of retailers and providers that I would actually spend money with so it's always worth a look to see if I could save. Customer care was spot on, problem resolved quickly

Had really great customer care from Bethany at Perkbox. I had purchased some meal vouchers for Cafe Rouge which were not honoured properly at the restaurant (they deducted the amount of the vouchers from the bill when the vouchers should have paid for the meal in full). This was a Friday, and Bethany got on to Cafe Rouge and I had a full apology and compensation from them by Monday. The service provided by Clara was exceptional. I was trying to get the Boxx perk yesterday (22.08), but for some reason the code was not issued directly to me via email as expected. Clara was quick to return the code via IM. Then to top it all off, when I entered the code it was not recognised! Clara was on hand straight away to assist me in getting it sorted.
