Cinema Changes

Not happy with the cinema changes! We now need to use our code within 24 hours. I read below that Perkbox has made this change as a lot of people are not using their codes once redeemed. I assume when people redeem codes, Perkbox must be paying an amount to the cinema for each code. If not, their reason fails. Regardless, i think the 24 hour window is far too short. Takes away your perks and thinks you’re stupid

Another user angry about the cinema ticket thing. Partly because it’s unfair and partly because Perkbox’s excuses sound like utter bs. I see Perkbox trying to damage control by saying “you still get your free cinema ticket like you’ve always done.” But you don’t? You have one that you can redeem and use within 24 hours, and if you don’t redeem it and use it immediately, then you lose it. They’ve changed the cinema perk that it only stays valid for 24hr, so if you don’t go to the cinema that month you miss out on that ticket, was great when you could save them cause then you aren’t under pressure to use them. Very disappointing!

Disappointing service!! I ordered a gift card from Perkbox, I'm unable to use the voucher due to issues with the supplier and all perkbox is advising that it is not their problem. Cant say i'm receiving good customer service. They have my money yet I have no goods or service as unable to use the giftcard.

I paid £96 for a digital John Lewis…

I paid £96 for a digital John Lewis voucher 2 days ago expecting it to arrive almost instantly - it hasn’t reached my inbox. Tried calling the phone number on the site held on for an hour being told an agent will be with you ASAP - gave up and tried another number I found on Trust pilot same result. Sent an email today no acknowledgement it had been received or when it might be dealt with - appalling customer service

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service - our company introduced Perkbox and we could claim one free Odeon Cinema ticket every month which had a long expiration date so you could stack and go with a friend. I enjoyed going to the cinema once with a friend. Perkbox have now removed this function so you have to use the cinema voucher within 24hours so you have to pay for a friend or family members. Will not use Perkbox anymore no benefit at all very disappointing

Odeon cinema tickets - Rip off

My other half paid for cinema tickets at the odeon for one adult and two children then found out it was cheaper to buy direct from the cinema. That was without the 75p booking fee per ticket! Waste of time and not sure I found any PERK there. Also when she went to book it said, the tickets were only worth £5 so she would have to pay extra. Yes it said in the small print but let's be honest when something is, called perkbox we shouldn't have to double check prices first.

Where’s my money?

Paid through Axa Rewards to add money to a reloadable supermarket card. Our credit card was duly debited but the money has not reached the store card. Perkbox are unreachable for all intents and purposes. We still don’t know where our money is and have been embarrassed twice in the supermarket because of a nil balance card. Perkbox evidently are happy to take your money but not willing to resolve an issue. Alarming.
