Customer Service Exceeding my Expectations

I recently ordered a large volume of Wickes vouchers which were being sent on multiple gift cards. Chloe @ Perkbox contacted me directly as she noticed the large quantity I was buying, to see if I wanted the full value to be on the cards or she could load with only £5 on each and then as soon as I received them in the post I could contact her to have the full value loaded – gift cards a sent Royal Mail standard delivery. Our company got this to reward us but…

Our company got this to reward us but it is more a slap in the face. Got a reward £50 Sainsbury’s voucher. Great getting some recognition for hard work. Turned up Friday so tried to use it today. Big long queue, get to the front try and use the voucher and shock there nothing on there. Asked to double check and nothing loaded on it. How embarrassing. I tried to redeem the hotels.com offer.

I tried to redeem the hotels.com offer. I was sent a voucher code in the perkbox app, when I applied it on hotels.com it said i need to book and apply it via the perkbox site, but the perkbox site said I had to activate the offer by entering the perkbox voucher code in the hotels.com booking section. An amazing service both the perks & customer service!

Although the perks you receive are fantastic my biggest shout-out goes to the team and their excellent customer service, always polite and down to earth when resolving issues and they deal with any problems i've had in minutes.... cant ask for better really can you! Most recently had Hannah who was absolutely fantastic in resolving my issue super fast!

Perkbox has saved me loads!

Ever since using Perkbox I have managed to save a lot of money on purchases. I calculated this a few months ago for some of my colleagues and I had saved £448 (and this was under 1 year of usage). Since then I have saved roughly another £200. I love the fact that I get a free coffee @ Nero every week, it's like a little cherry on top of the cake.
