I am also able to reach out to my customer service rep, Greg, for support to create the forms for my organization. Typically I will get a response within 24-48 hours after sending an email. It is extremely clear what you are required to complete and what other members of your organization are required to complete. Email notifications are very helpful and not overwhelming.
