What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? I like how easy to use and minimalistic it is. Documents are intuitively organized and the display is easy to maneuver. It's a great portal where you can see employee activity, get feedback and give feedback on goals, and get an overall sense of business relationship statuses.
