The notifications make it easy to know what is due and when, and the ability to interact with other employees via the feedback feature is great. The overall process is easy but I needed to create a comprehensive document showing how to handle reviews from the creation of forms, the due dates, who needs to sign, creating the groups needed to do them, etc. Each piece has its own documentation in PerfromYard so I wanted to piece it all together.
