What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? I like how user-friendly the system is for the end user. Whatever qualms there are on the backend, the system is easy for employees to use and that goes a long way. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? The most helpful part of PerformYard software is the ease to create goals and provide team and individual recognition. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? PerformYard is simple- simple as that! My life is going to be so much easier keeping all things centralized and not in EXCEL!
