"Great way to track success"
What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? I like how Performyard makes it easy for managers and employees alike to track success and point out things we can improve on. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? I really don't think I have any complaints about the software. It is great. What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves poor communication problems and makes it easier to track success.

I had to upload old appraisals to colleague dashboards individually. What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to create 1:1 forms and goals as well as goal categories.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? Perform Yard has helped us stay organized and on task. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? There is a bit of a learning curve to Perform Yard. What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? We had no structure review or observation management. It has helped us hone in on this and become organized.

"So far, the training on the system and the roll out to staff have been easy and well received."
What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? The fact that the system is simple and easy to manage. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? The reviews seem to be blanket based, and everyone has to fit into the box. What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Before PerformYard we had no centralized evaluation process.
