The dashboard is my favorite part because it's clear on building and tracking tasks and goals. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? A different font & more cheerful colors can be used to make it not look so boring. What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping the employees stay on top of their performance.

"Making monthly one to ones easier than ever!"
What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? I really like how easy the layout is and how user friendly it is for literally anyone. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? The only thing I dislike is the fact it is a separate system from our HR system. What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Making one to one catch ups and meetings less clunky and paper-based.
