"Performance Pro Review"
What do you like best about Performance Pro? We started using Performance Pro in 2016 and the experience was an improvement over our old system. Features such as content customization for each competency level description, the goal library, and the automated routing and notification are beneficial to the evaluation process. There are many areas within the system that are customizable, given enough time and opportunity to explore the program in it’s entirety.

What do you like best about Performance Pro? The system is set up to make sure evaluations are completed on a timely basis, and are completed based on a set schedule. The system also has useful tools for creating customized evaluations specific to positions.
