"Clear, concise tool to evaluate yourself and your staff."
What do you like best about Performance Pro? I like that my company was involved in the catagories that we use to evaluate performace. I also like that its a living tool and both the employee and apraiser complete the evaluation. This allows the evaluation to be a growth opportunity for both the apraiser and employee.

What do you like best about Performance Pro? I like the ability to customize reviews to different positions in the company. I also like the ability to control who has access to the reviews and for employees and managers to have the ability to enter goals. It is also extremely helpful to be able to view reviews as manager or employee to better assist them if they're having troubles.
