Top Class Software

What do you like best? I like the package that are offered by Pepipost, low cost and high deliverability, and also fast response from the customer support through the chat. What do you dislike? I've had a great experience setting up my website gostargazing.co.uk to send email via Pepipost and am surprised to see recent poor reviews -- their service and support has been excellent. It took no time at all to setup and I am seeing really good response rates to email delivery / opened and click throughs (all visible on their dashboard.
