Customer Service Sucks

Customer Service SucksBefore creating my account I chatted with Chitan and he said he'll give me daily 20k limit if I purchase 400k pkg but he never did that and I sent them multiple request. Now they charged me for another month and are not even paying me back when I specifically told them to never charge me again. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD.

Worst Email Sending Experience

I personally feel that Pepipost is an outdated service, rather than they must stop and not compete in this market. Their DKIM verification process is way too complicated and when I started sending emails they always bounced and their support team regularly generated a ticket and never reached out to me for help.

Excellent Customer Support!

I had started sending out emails only recently and I didn't know much about getting good inboxing. In no time, I started hitting the spam folders of my susbscribers with an average spam rate of nearly 19% with SendGrid. Decided to switch to Pepipost then and I have not been disappointed since. Excellent inboxing rates and perpetual customer support 24x7. Goes a long way in ensuring you're able to churn out maximum returns out of your emails.

Setting Up The Domains And Credentials

What do you like best? The best thing about pepipost is the tech guys and tech support. which are really really friendly people and help clients and do their best What do you dislike? nothing! everything is awesome. my experience was awwwwwwwwwwwwwsome What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'll use pepipost for transactional mail for just this one site. but i'll do for more in future

Just Ridiculous

I wasted one day with pepipost, setting up and answering the same questions again and again, each time to a new assistantI verified my domains with success, they hasked me about my lists, that's ok (clean domains i'm starting doing mail marketing these daysThan i tried to send a mail from my pc to my email adress, it fall right to SPAM folderI try other account, SPAM againI made a test with glockapps and the result is SPAM, SPAM, Undelivered, Undelivered, 48% inboxA plain text email!So guy ...

Nightmare to Cancel a Paid Account

I took the $15/month plan since Feb 2019. In July 2019, I decided to migrate to an alternative host because of my bad experience with their online chat support. I asked to (1 delete my credit card details from their database (because there isn't an option to do so myself online, and (2 terminate my paid plan (according to their website, that means downgrading me to the free plan. Magnificent Inboxing.

I was really suprised by the inboxing rates, it was obviously above my expectations.During integrations, I had few technical difficulties, but it was duely solved by their chat support team.Great product, Immensely recommended.

The best solution for transactional emails!
