This HR software is OK but has a feeling of being outdated. Feels again like an old school enterprise package. For example when linking People HR to Office365 they use applications that poll people HR and then attaches entries in Office365 calendars, rather than using the correct API's. The App often has a fit and multiple entries are often seen in calendars. Just an example of poor development. Bad customer service

Ongoing issues with holiday entitlement during the set up. Our staff don't work a typical 9-5. Seems that when they have your money it is then difficult to get in touch with anyone. One reason we choose the system was because it is advertised as integrating with rota cloud which we were already using, however further developments are needed for this to work adequately. I finally insisted a manager call me, someone did, 24 hours later but was not a manager and didn't solve my problem. I ...

Very poor customer service

I was extremely disappointed with People HRs level of customer service. After reaching out on their IM messaging with an issue I had to wait well over 30 minutes. After replying then to a message from a member of staff asking to access the system ( I responded and gave access in 3 minutes) I had to wait a further 25 minutes to get a reply. After asking me another question to which I immediately answered I was kept waiting again. Whilst waiting an age for response I even rang their office ...

Super Super Super

Super Super Super, we rolled out the HR module and the Performance module. Really happy with the implementation, and the onsite training was invaluable. The flexibility of the Performance module with a key thing for us, we have some staff that do quarterly reviews and some that do 6 monthly based on job role.

Really impressed

Really impressed. We have staff clocking in using a combination of physical clocks and mobile app. This feeds directly into our Payroll system sage. Had a few hiccups setting the feed up, but really impressed how the support team assisted. Working a treat 👍.

Great App, Great People

As a business leader and having used the system for many years, I can report that it is a truly excellent application and the support from the people behind the system is excellent by any measure. Our employees also find the app easy to use and effective. I wholeheartedly recommend this application.

A weird experience. We decided on implementing PeopleHR but it did not meet with our expectations as a multi-site, flexible organisation. Unengaged implementation consultant that obviously had no hand over from the sales process. Also, some things on the platform were very UK-based and not customisable. "Good tool for HR management"

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? User interface and experience is mostly positive. Customer support is also great as they have live help functionality. I am able to connect with HR easily with People. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? UI looks a bit dated, does not really have a modern look and feel to it.
