I really liked this HR soft (especially the calendar view for holiday!), unfortunately our silly HR manager decided to change for a much worse soft; well actually 2 softwares as we now have to use 2 SAAS to get all the features we had in PeopleHR... nonsense

We have to use the People HR for work…
We have to use the People HR for work but since lunching V4.0 I cannot access this on my android mobile. This is very frustrating as the previous version was brilliant. I put the one time number password in and then it tells me it's not valid, when in fact it was correct, have to then put in another code and this goes on and on, very frustrating. Our workforce struggle now with the timesheet section as not as easy to use. All our workforce are not pleased with the V4.0

I wish we had done this at the start of…
I wish we had done this at the start of year. We’ve returned 1st week of June and you’ve got us up and running in 4 weeks and rolled out to all 300 employee’s. Now that was fast work :)

Really pleased with Peoplehr
Really pleased with Peoplehr. Using since 2015. Regular updates, friendly staff. Tend not to use support that much as were practically experts now. Whats great is they support our employee’s though.

Very good so far
Very good so far. 2 months in. Process from start to finish was a breeze. No pushy sales, project team were very helpful (special mention to Jack). Not had to use the support team much, but when we have it’s all been answered quick. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

I'm just a shop floor worker
I'm just a shop floor worker, and been using the app on my smartphone for a while. But every now and then it logs me out and I have to go to my email to click on the link to redo my password even though my phone has saved the password. Very annoying when I need to use it, which is at least once a week

Really Happy
Really Happy. Our staff records were originally all over the place and we have around 300 employee's but getting up and running was easy enough, we have our own project manager who is very helpful. They they take on our feedback through the live chat. Chats are usually responded to within 30 minutes, always polite and knowledgeable. Employee's love the mobile app. Building our own screens has really helped too. Reporting is amazing

"a simple software easy to use"
What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? The tool is really simple, you can get an overview of all the team very quickly. Also the planner is amazing and flexible What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? The interface is a bit old style. Also switching from a panel to another cause a reload of the browser. What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy managing of the country staff! Really quick overview of the performance review!

Stuck with them for now but will switch at the next opportunity. UPDATE: THE COMPANY I WORK FOR WAS THREATENED TO HAVE THE ACCOUNT CLOSED FOR NEGATIVE REVIEWS COMING FROM STAFF. BEWARE!!
