Trying to contact the company but they never call me back. AWFUL service and we are a customer! Take your money but don’t care. They have been bought out by a bigger company and clearly made their money and now nobody cares :-(

Quite possibly the worst system I have ever used.

I have used many systems in my career and this is quite possibly the worst system I have used. As an ATS it lack the absolute basic functionality that you need. As a HR systems Its super restrictive and feels like they have started to develop bits of different systems but never finished any of them. At this point if feels like a glorified document storage platform. There are so many better systems for similar money. Don't waste your time with this one.

As an employee

As an employee, I dread using this. It fails endlessly. You never know if your holidays have actually been put in. The system seems to have so many faults, to the point that I now just send a message to management to book days off. Its terrible!

"Solid HR Platform"

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? I like that PoepleHR provides a one-stop-shop for all HR needs. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? I do not like that the user interface really doesn't nice and up to date compared to other HR platforms. What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you? In terms of problems solved with PeopleHR, we are able to sign documents, arrange personal information, and schedule days off for PTO.

Matt is always extremely patient and…

Matt is always extremely patient and helpful. He understands that what is obvious to him is not always obvious to the admin user of the People system. He is very responsive and gets back to you very quickly which is hugely appreciated. He is always calm and reassuring when we get in a muddle and always comes up with a solution. A real asset to your company.

"Awful software, not worth the large cost"

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? Very simple and able to take off additional functionalities that aren't needed such as ATS and expenses. Calendar view for holidays is easy to use and looks good What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? Cannot submit expenses via mobile app or attach PDF files. Basic functionality is missing, headache for line managers and HR team

People HR was deployed in my organisation a few months ago. Comparing it against similar platforms, I feel that the functionality in People HR is primarily focused on making life easier for the folks who work in the administration on HR, not employees. A few examples of the limitations I've experienced are: - Only being able to submit expenses via the app. I have a lot of expenses and entering expenses on a mobile phone is a nightmare -Not being able to attach PDF files on expense claims. ...

I use this at work and I must say it is…

My work uses this digital software as a solution for managing and optimising the daily human resources tasks and overall HR goals of an organisation ( empoyee contract, holidays requests, annual leave, sickness tracking, etc). I am a designer and uses it to for various reasons. I must say the UX and UI are very well calculated in terms of infrastructure and accessibility. Well done
