Used PeopleHR for just over a year

Used PeopleHR for just over a year. Ripple is my fave feature, it's amazing. It would of been 5 stars, but they had a few issues Jan- June when they switched over to Access processing the invoices. It all seems to have been rectified now.

"Review People HR"

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? Simple and user-friendly, everything seems to be in one place and the price is also more reasonable. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? recording annual leave when an employee is sick is difficult and I felt some of the settings are complicated while using this initially. What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you? Overall HR administration in a better way and eases the work of HR officials in a greater way.

Access have ruined this company

Now they are owned by Access, they have already started migrating their single-sign-on system to Access. This would not be a problem, except their support and documentation for this is awful and the entire SSO process is now a dreadful, slow and painful experience. Not to mention their incredibly awful response times. They claim they are overwhelmed with support queries at the moment, this would NOT surprise me as I'm sure this SSO change is reeking havoc everywhere.

Really poor customer service

Since the acquisition by Access Group the levels of customer service have disappeared. Slow response time, zero personal interaction, expect to be sent links to their online training and then told to resolve it yourself - you get the feeling you are dealing with bots rather than people. We received a sales call asking whether we wished to expand our account, we said it would be good to speak through our account and then heard nothing! I would like to say a huge thank you to Gary in the sales team. Gary's knowledge along with his advise is fantastic. If I didn't know otherwise, you'd think he was the owner of PeopleHR. Thanks again for all your help.

Cancelled but they keep sending invoices

We cancelled our subscription as we found it involved far too much effort to do even simple things and provided little value. Staff didn't like it and it created rather than saved work. Six months after cancelling they still keep sending us invoices. Despite us contacting them multiple times to confirm our cancellation they keep spamming us with bills to renew. Now added to blocked senders but we really shouldn't have to do this.
