"It was very good. Everything you open will show in the recent. Makes it easier to find next time."

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? Regularizing requests is the best I like in this. Very easy to use. You don't need the training to use this software. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? Sometimes not allowed to log in to the portal. Therefore recently we have stopped using it. What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you? Every problems related to my job (Getting salary slips here, using it for Attendance, Pay slips, Investment declaration)

We've used PeopleHR since 2019

We've used PeopleHR since 2019, we are a healthcare business and we operate 24x7x365. We started with a few dozen employees and now have 231, and are growing every month. The system felt relatively old fashioned when our previous HR advisers implemented it and although Access have started to change a few things like adding the SSO it still feels and looks old tech. Horrendous

I've just spent an hour on a screen share with our HR department and I still can't log in, and now understand why colleagues have described the new log in process as a "new level of hell". For me it a never ending cycle - log in to people hr, which make me log into access, which makes me set up an authenticator app, followed by being taken to people hr, which redirects me to access again. People HR was clunky and difficult before the new ownership change, now it is truly unusable.

Since they have changed their ownership. the system is not user-friendly anymore. When you give them feedback, they do not take it on board.

I really like the system from a HR view…

I really like the system from a HR view point. We started to implement our site about 6 months ago and went live to the staff on 1st June (after the bank holiday). I dealt with Gavin Walsh, he was very helpful. Recently I decided to see what the staff thought of the site and I sent out a pulse survey through People hr. Not everyone responded but 80%+ did. 97% of them voted they were “very pleased with the site”, and the remaing 3% voted “it did the job it needed too”. Overall we’re pleased ...

I am a very tired user of PeopleHR

I am a user of PeopleHR, I input overtime hours, holiday requests and 'thanks' to other colleagues via this system. It looks outdated, feels clunky, the fields are often not obvious. Most times it freezes and very often I cannot login at all for no good reason. The only difference Since Access took over the load and login times seem even slower. I have just now attempted to put in two holiday requests, and it has completely crashed and become unresponsive after the first request went in. ...
