Great sales team, poor customer service!

There are some stark differences in service between each part of the set up process. 1. Sales - the system sounds great and can do literally anything that is required. 2. Training - the system looks great and can do most of the things that we need 3. 'Go live' - the system crashes (alot), it cant always do the things we need it to do and customers service is typically based around turning it off and on again or clear the cache. This software is dreadful

This software is dreadful. The user experience is horrible, the ugliest system i've seen, literally something from 1999, it beggars belief actually. The mobile app is great, but useless, nobody works all day on their mobile phone. Their product team have it all wrong, their devs clearly are misled by the product team, there are never any improved features and overall, the system does not do ANY job correct. PeopleHR

We implemented PeopleHR earlier this year. At no point during the process were we told about Ripple, so cannot automate what we were hoping to. Also since being taken over by Access Group the customer service has been awful and the system seems to be down frequently (like it had been all this morning!). I feel the HR team are now spending more and more time trying to resolve issues and could have been better off managing with spreadsheets!

Like previous reviews state 1 star is generous. Systems are faulty and constantly crash meaning we are always loosing important work and repeating tasks time and time again. This is an ongoing issue we have been experiencing for over 2 years with zero resolution! The customer service is truly terrible we get ignored on 'Live Chat' or sent an auto reply which are unhelpful and makes it near impossible to resolve any issues. 1 star is generous

1 star is generous, the customer service is absolutely appalling. I have wasted hours now trying to fix a problem that could have been resolved very quickly with a phone call. I hope that i have just experienced a one-off, but having read other reviews, there seems to be a common theme of inadequate help.

Poor system and poor customer service.

System and customer service is getting progressively worse. I've now logged 4 issues across the past 3 months and all still unresolved. When speaking with the customer service they ask to clear cache (never works!) or watch a tutorial. Awful service, will be reviewing other systems in coming days/weeks.

Customer service scores minus one

The product is fine for the price. Lots of good including Bradford factor. The menus are easy to add to which is a definite plus. The app is pretty good for annual leave. The downsides are that they don't allow you to search by surname on the Employees screen which is very irritating. Customer service is slow, unresponsive and the worst I experience. They say 20 minutes and it is often much longer. And they don't stay with the call so it is often 20 minutes or longer between each message.
