Terrible Customer Service

Customer support is unresponsive, no contact possible by phone, e-mail correspondance is drawn out and you end up dealing with multiple people to get an answer. Declined continually as a service, steer clear at all costs!

Really frustrating system

Really frustrating system. Customer service is hit and miss, emails are ignored. Feel like since they have been taken over by Access Group, we have become a number. We are now looking for a new system as I feel like they really don't care.

Poor Customer Service

I mirror the comments in the other reviews about the customer service. I’m certain the customer support is being delivered from a different country based on some of the responses received, you can no longer speak on the phone to anyone (unless you want to purchase something) and if you ask anything after 2pm its ignored until the next day. The software (when working) is good.

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? People HR is a great tool for human resource management. It is very easy to apply and approve holidays and track overtime. "Want after sale support? Forget it!"

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? Appraisal function is good. The rest is yet to be see. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? Customer service and after-sale support - worst experience I have ever had. Holiday approver set up is impossible. We cannot get PeopleHR to sync with MS Outlook which means users have to manuually enter their holiday bookings to their calendar in Outlook which is what we use for meeting schedulling.
