We had issues over our renewal and the system went down at some crucial points. They said they said they would look into it and get back to us, but we never heard back.

Help desk review
Logan was extremely helpful, and for the first time ever in my experience of the People Help Desk booked in a call to talk me through my problem rather than having to do it all via chat, which at times is utterly infuriating when all you want to do is talk to someone. Thanks Logan!

Terrible Customer Services
The platform - when viewed from an IT perspective - and particularly it's UI, is 'okay'. It's basic, but does the job. But in terms of stability, PeopleHR is very poor - constantly 'going down' and with features that only work sporadically. But by far the worst part of our year-long engagement with PeopleHR has been the customer service - which is utterly abysmal. We've been trying to discuss our renewal and staff have openly lied and/or just won't respond. It's not a platform I would ...

I am forced to use this app by my work…
I am forced to use this app by my work i’ve been with my supervisor about it not working on my phone after she said HR said it turns out my phone is not the best android version its to old its not even a old phone all my other apps work fine

Outstanding training
We attended 3 training sessions with Jordan last week and they were all outstanding. The information provided was detailed and easy to follow plus Jordan answered all our questions along the way. The PeopleHR system will be invaluable in our business going forward and I now have a greater understanding of all the functions available to us since attending the training. Thank you, Jordan!

Exceptional service from the training team
Having worked with PHR for 4 years now and implemented the system across two businesses, I have to say that the service received from Kallum was outstanding. The other services were 'fine', and as you would expect but his exceptional willingness to help and passion for getting the best from the product has made the 2nd implementation a dream. We are so grateful to him for making a difficult task, easy. Well done PeopleHR, Kallum is a credit to you.

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? The best about people HR is that it is very useful for HR to track the various data at a same under the same umbrella and HR can track offer acceptance details rejected detail etc at a same time What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?
