Painful to use

Painful to use, I work in an industry that no hacker would ever contemplate hacking because there's no money... Yet I have to verify my account fifteen times a day to log in because it keeps freezing or crashing. Pathetic! I updated my profile recently & have not stopped receiving spam emails & phone calls so either leaking info... Or selling it! Deleting the app as I don't trust it!

Extremely, non existent poor customer service

The software is extremely basic. You won't be able to do anything complex or have the software configured to your needs. The worst thing about PeopleHR though, is the customer service. It's the pits. You can only contact them via webchat and even then they try and automate it so you can't actually speak to a human. According to the website and help articles, they are "happy" and "glad" to call a customer. This is not true, I've asked them on multiple occasions to call me to discuss an issue ...

We have been trying to resolve an issue…

We have been trying to resolve an issue with billing for some time and none of the contact numbers seem to work (and the one on the invoice just rings out constantly with no answer) and emails go months without reply. The online chat service advises you to email an address that doesn't seem to be monitored as we aren't able to get a response to our queries. Disappointing

First class experience with Logan

Logan responded quickly and efficiently. Rather than the default response of just sending a link to an article designed to help that most agents provide, Logan actually took the time to read and understand my issue. I often find the most frustrating part of getting an issue resolved is that the agent didn't actually read or understand my problem.
