The People HR system is a brilliant…

The People HR system is a brilliant piece of Tech. The time it will save a small organisation like ours is going to be invaluable. It will also ensure that steps in the recruitment process are not missed and that all candidates have the same experience.

Scott McCullow was extremely helpful throughout all stages of system implementation. He took into account all my requirements and gave great advice. He is very easy to talk to, responsive and understood where I needed support. It was a pleasure to work with Scott and I highly recommend his services.

"Not for me..."

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? They have a good mobile app, in comparison so their web tool. Other than that, not much. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? Most of it. The interface online looks like it comes from windows 97. It takes SO long to load. The onboarding process was painful, with many excel sheets and data entries that had to be in such a specific way that made no sense at all, and that's where it all began. Nothing makes sense, it's like they purposely ...

A Note of Thanks

I wanted to personally thank Ollie for the top quality support he has provided over the last 4 years as part of the PeopleHR support team. I have seen PeopleHR support come under fire over recent months, in particular the customer service provided. However that is not my experience and in all honestly that has been down to Ollie! He has been quick to respond and resolve my issues and this in turn has made my role in supporting my colleagues in the business that much easier.

This 5* review is based on the Training…

This 5* review is based on the Training aspect only of Access (People) HR. Jack gave a thorough overview of the product and its potential. We are yet to 'go live' and very much hope the product lives up the the same level as Jacks training.

"Not a great user experience"

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? The most useful thing in People HR was the organizational charts. Not the easiest to navigate, but useful. I liked the single sign on capability, but that was pretty much it. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? I personally thought the website and user interface was difficult to navigate and not user friendly. They need to improve the website navigation and layout. I really didn't like using People HR when our company was using ...

Thank you Gavin and all People HR team

Every step of the process was clearly explained, and everything was done as planned. The answers to the questions raised there come fast. Also, we had flexibility where it was needed during the project, for which we are quite grateful.

"Good - a bit clunky but does the job"

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? The reporting functionality of the system works well, it seems to be a HRIS that is written and developed by process-driven developers so it does exactly what you want a HRIS to do What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? The user experience is not engaging or intuitive, if you need documents signed they aren't where users think they should be, for example, they aren't in the 'tasks' tab but in the 'about me' tab which is ...
